Our experienced team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and behavioral health specialists, is committed to providing essential services such as HIV testing and prevention, Hepatitis C testing and treatment, and comprehensive transgender health and wellness care. We understand the unique challenges our patients face, which is why we also offer supportive case management to assist in navigating health insurance options and securing financial assistance. With Medicare and Medicaid accepted, we strive to make healthcare accessible to all, including free rapid HIV testing available several times a week.
