The Meal Support Program in Cedar Crest, NM, provides compassionate, eating disorder-informed meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are at the outpatient level of care. Our virtual drop-in group meals are designed to foster a safe and supportive environment for those navigating their recovery journey. Available four times a day, our meal support sessions allow participants to join during lunch and dinner, ensuring flexibility to fit their schedules. Facilitated by dedicated nutrition practitioners from the Clinician's Incubator training program, each session offers not only nutrition but also understanding and encouragement.
