The COVID-19 Relief initiative in Chaparral, NM, is dedicated to supporting vulnerable Navajo and Hopi families, particularly the elderly, those raising grandchildren, immunocompromised individuals, single parents, and families facing hardships. Our mission is to provide crucial food assistance and essential items while protecting these communities from exposure during challenging times. We engage compassionate volunteers to facilitate the purchase and safe delivery of supplies directly to families’ homes or Chapter Houses. To receive food or essential supplies, interested families can fill out the application form on our program website. Please note that due to high demand, resources are limited, and service availability will depend on stock, refrigeration capabilities, and the number of volunteers. We are committed to responding promptly and effectively to each request received.
