Located in Chimayo, NM, UNM Truman Health Services offers a warm and welcoming environment dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare for transgender individuals, gender non-conforming individuals, and those living with HIV, AIDS, or Hepatitis C. Our compassionate team of medical professionals, including doctors, nurses, and behavioral health specialists, is committed to delivering testing, treatment, and primary care tailored to your unique needs. We specialize in transgender health and wellness, Hepatitis C testing and treatment, and HIV testing and prevention, ensuring every participant receives personal care and support. Our services also include case management to assist with securing health insurance and financial aid. We accept both Medicare and Medicaid, and our rapid HIV testing is offered for free during designated hours. While there is currently a waitlist for our transgender health services, all other programs are fully operational and ready to help you navigate your healthcare journey.
