Located in Church Rock, NM, Five Loaves & Two Fish Healthy Teaching Kitchen is dedicated to empowering individuals through low-cost health and wellness cooking classes. Our engaging and interactive environment allows participants to cook together, share ideas, and gain essential culinary and health knowledge. Our offerings include health and nutrition education, guided cooking classes tailored for individuals and groups, as well as chronic disease management and prevention education. While we offer in-person classes in the Central Florida area, our virtual classes are accessible to participants nationwide, fostering a community of learning and healthy living.
