Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Clayton, NM

About Meal Support Program

Located in Clayton, NM, the Meal Support Program by Project HEAL is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support tailored for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient phase of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers a safe, virtual environment where participants can join facilitated group meals, designed to offer the nutritional support and community connection essential during this journey. With sessions available four times a day—two lunch and two dinner options—participants are encouraged to attend as many meals as fit their needs, fostering a flexible approach to recovery. Led by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, our sessions are guided by knowledgeable individuals working toward their CNS certification. While we emphasize supportive meal times, we encourage those in need of urgent care or crisis support to reach out to appropriate services. The Meal Support Program stands as a compassionate resource for anyone seeking structured meal support in their recovery process.
