Our experienced team of doctors, nurses, and behavioral health specialists is committed to offering essential services, including transgender health and wellness, Hepatitis C testing and treatment, and HIV testing and prevention. We also provide comprehensive case management to help clients navigate healthcare options and secure financial assistance. While rapid HIV testing is offered free of charge during specific hours, currently, there is a waitlist for our transgender health and wellness services, but all other services are readily available. We accept Medicare and Medicaid, ensuring accessible healthcare for our community.
