At MOVE! Weight Management Program in Columbus, NM, we are dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to screen every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with personalized weight management services that cater to their unique needs. We offer a variety of options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which allows for in-home support from clinicians. For those who prefer a more self-guided approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who may struggle despite participating in our core programs.
