Our dedicated team, including doctors, nurses, and behavioral health specialists, is committed to delivering crucial services such as HIV testing and prevention, Hepatitis C testing and treatment, and comprehensive transgender health and wellness care. We understand each person's journey is unique, which is why we also offer case management support to assist with securing health insurance and navigating financial assistance. We accept Medicare and Medicaid, and provide free rapid HIV testing during designated hours throughout the week. While there is currently a waitlist for some transgender health services, all other offerings are readily accessible, ensuring that our community receives the urgent and compassionate care it deserves.
