The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Corrales, NM is dedicated to training and empowering individuals to become advocates for a fair food system that prioritizes social, environmental, and economic justice. This esteemed program offers a comprehensive, tuition-free experience, providing Fellows with hands-on education in organic food systems and opportunities to collaborate with community partners. Participants will gain practical skills by engaging in activities such as growing and distributing diverse crops, running educational health initiatives, maintaining community gardens, and integrating food and ecological literacy into local schools. The fellowship experience includes a six-month immersive learning period followed by a Community Action Year, enabling graduates to implement their training and foster healthy food access across the region.
