Located in Corrales, NM, the Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program is dedicated to supporting individuals recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. This free, inclusive program, available in both English and Spanish, offers essential resources to help participants effectively manage their condition over a comprehensive 12-month journey. Participants receive six informative e-booklets tailored to their needs, a monthly e-newsletter filled with seasonal tips and local community event information, and exclusive invitations to our monthly 'Ask the Experts' Q&A series. Here, enrollees can engage with ADA experts, ask their pressing diabetes-related questions, learn about the connection between diabetes and heart health, and enjoy thoughtful giveaways designed to enhance their journey towards thriving with diabetes. We are committed to empowering our community with the knowledge and support they need for better health management.
