The Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program, located in Dexter, NM, is dedicated to empowering individuals recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes through a free, comprehensive 12-month educational experience. Designed to meet participants at their current stage, the program includes six informative e-booklets that cover essential diabetes management topics and a monthly bilingual e-newsletter featuring seasonal tips and valuable resources. Participants also gain access to local community events and an opportunity to engage directly with diabetes experts through our monthly Ask the Experts Q&A series, where they can pose questions, learn about the connections between diabetes and heart health, and receive helpful giveaways.
