Located in Dexter, NM, the Meal Support Program by Project HEAL is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient phase of eating disorder recovery. Our program focuses on creating a nurturing environment through live, virtual group meals, where participants can share their dining experiences with the guidance of trained nutrition practitioners. We host meal support sessions four times daily, offering flexibility to fit into busy schedules, and participants are encouraged to join as often as needed to enhance their recovery journey. While we emphasize nutritional support, we are not a crisis service; individuals needing immediate assistance should reach out to appropriate crisis support services.
