Our Family Support team provides reliable information and comprehensive assistance from the moment of diagnosis, ensuring families are never alone in their journey. We offer parent mentoring, nutritional education and meal planning, behavior management support, and guidance with navigating Medicaid, insurance, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) applications. Our mission is to create a network of care and understanding, promoting the well-being of individuals with Prader-Willi syndrome and their families.
