Participants receive six informative e-booklets tailored to their needs, a monthly e-newsletter filled with seasonal tips, and updates on local community events, all available in both English and Spanish. Enrollees can also submit their phone numbers to receive exclusive invitations to our monthly ‘Ask the Experts’ Q&A sessions, where they can connect with American Diabetes Association experts to address their concerns, explore the connection between diabetes and heart health, and gain access to helpful resources and giveaways.
