Our skilled team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and behavioral health specialists, is committed to ensuring that everyone receives the comprehensive care they need, from routine primary care to specialized testing and treatment for Hepatitis C and HIV. Our services include HIV testing and prevention, case management, and dedicated support for transgender health and wellness. We proudly accept Medicare and Medicaid, and offer free rapid HIV testing during specified hours each week, making vital health resources accessible to those we serve. While there is currently a waitlist for transgender wellness services, all other vital care is fully available. We are here to support you on your health journey with sensitivity and understanding.
