Located in Estancia, NM, the Farm & Food Systems Fellowship is dedicated to cultivating passionate leaders who advocate for a just and sustainable food system. Through an immersive six-month experiential program, selected Fellows receive comprehensive organic food system education and the opportunity to engage in meaningful community initiatives. Our Fellowship emphasizes learnings that are socially, environmentally, and economically responsible, empowering graduates to grow and distribute diversified crops, lead public health educational sessions, maintain community gardens, and enhance food literacy within educational frameworks. Additionally, Fellows support local farmers markets and direct-to-consumer programs, while developing wider distribution channels to increase access to nutritious food. This program is designed to be accessible to all, with no tuition fees, and invites applicants to join us in making a tangible difference in their communities. Applications for our enriching experience are accepted until March each year, with activities running from May to October.
