The Meal Support Program in Estancia, NM, provides free, accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, facilitated virtual group meals that foster a safe and supportive environment for participants to share in nourishing meals together. With session times scheduled four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, individuals can choose the times that best fit their lives. Each meal support session is led by qualified nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, ensuring compassionate guidance as attendees work towards their recovery goals.
