Located in Farmington, NM, UNM Truman Health Services is dedicated to providing compassionate, confidential healthcare for transgender individuals, those who are gender non-conforming, and individuals living with HIV, AIDS, or Hepatitis C. Our comprehensive range of services includes transgender health and wellness, Hepatitis C testing and treatment, as well as HIV testing and prevention. Our team of experienced doctors, nurses, and behavioral health specialists is committed to supporting your healthcare journey, whether you need primary care or specialized services. Participants in our programs benefit from case management, which includes assistance with health insurance and financial support. We accept Medicare and Medicaid, and offer free rapid HIV testing during designated hours. While there is currently a waitlist for transgender health and wellness services, all other services remain available to ensure that everyone in our community receives the care they deserve.
