Located in Fruitland, NM, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran under VA care annually for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management solutions that respect their unique preferences and needs. We offer a variety of support options including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program, which allows for in-home monitoring and clinician interactions as required. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges despite participation in our program.
