The Meal Support Program in Gallup, NM, offers compassionate, evidence-informed meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating the outpatient stages of eating disorder recovery. Our program features live, facilitated virtual group meals, creating a welcoming environment where participants can nourish themselves alongside others who understand their journey. With support from qualified nutrition practitioners training to earn their CNS certification, we provide meal support four times daily, allowing individuals the flexibility to join as many sessions as their schedules permit. This initiative is dedicated to fostering connection and understanding within the recovery process, prioritizing a supportive atmosphere for each participant.
