At UNM Truman Health Services in Gamerco, NM, we are dedicated to providing compassionate and confidential care for transgender individuals, gender non-conforming individuals, and those diagnosed with HIV, AIDS, or Hepatitis C. Our skilled team of doctors, nurses, and behavioral health specialists offers a range of vital services, including transgender health and wellness, Hepatitis C testing and treatment, and comprehensive HIV testing and prevention. Participants also benefit from personalized case management, assisting them in navigating health insurance and financial aid options. We accept Medicare and Medicaid, and offer free rapid HIV testing at designated times throughout the week. While there is currently a waitlist for transgender health and wellness services, all other vital services are readily available to ensure that everyone receives the care they need.
