UNM Truman Health Services in Grants, NM offers compassionate and confidential healthcare tailored to transgender individuals, those who are gender non-conforming, and patients with HIV, AIDS, or Hepatitis C. Our dedicated team, including doctors, nurses, and behavioral health specialists, provides a wide range of essential services, such as HIV testing and prevention, Hepatitis C testing and treatment, and comprehensive primary care. In addition to these services, our participants gain access to case management to help navigate health insurance and financial support. We accept Medicare and Medicaid, and offer free rapid HIV testing during designated hours. While there is currently a waitlist for transgender health services, all other services remain available to support your health and wellness needs.
