The Meal Support Program, located in Hagerman, NM, is dedicated to providing compassionate, informed support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our program offers free, live virtual drop-in group meals designed to create a nurturing environment where participants can receive nutritional support alongside their peers. With meal support sessions held four times a day—two for lunch and two for dinner—individuals are welcome to join as often as their schedule allows. Each session is led by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are on the path to receiving their CNS certification, ensuring a high level of care and expertise.
