Home Delivered Meals, part of the Non-Metro Area Agency on Aging, is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for older adults in Hernandez, NM, by providing essential food assistance. We deliver five nutritious meals weekly directly to seniors' homes, ensuring they have access to breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend meals. Our mission is to promote health and well-being while fostering independence, and with each meal we deliver, we aim to offer not just nourishment but also a sense of care and connection within the community.
