Participants receive six informative e-booklets covering key topics to help them navigate their new diagnosis, along with a monthly e-newsletter filled with seasonal tips and local community events. Enrollees who provide their phone number can join our engaging monthly 'Ask the Experts' Q&A series, where they can pose their diabetes-related questions to ADA experts, gain insights on the connection between diabetes and heart health, and receive helpful giveaways designed to promote their well-being.
