Located in Hernandez, NM, the Meal Support Program by Project HEAL offers free, accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient level of care during their eating disorder recovery. Our initiative provides a welcoming and safe environment through live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals, designed to foster connection and nourishment. Participants can choose from our four daily sessions, which include two lunch and two dinner times, allowing them to engage in the program as it fits their schedule. Each session is led by skilled nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are working towards their CNS certification.
