Weight Management Program located at Holloman Air Force Base in New Mexico, we are dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of our Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is annually screened for obesity and connected to the appropriate weight management services tailored to their individual needs. We offer a variety of care options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Veterans looking for more autonomy can utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app, while those facing ongoing challenges may explore weight loss medications or bariatric surgery as supportive options.
