At One-On-One Nutrition Consultations based at Holloman Air Force Base in New Mexico, we are dedicated to providing essential free nutrition support for patients and caregivers navigating the complexities of cancer. Our program connects individuals with registered dietitians who offer personalized consultations by phone, lasting approximately 30 minutes. In these sessions, participants receive practical strategies to enhance their nutrition, manage treatment side effects, and navigate meal planning and grocery shopping. We empower caregivers with invaluable tips for supporting their loved ones during treatment, equip them with questions to ask healthcare providers, and share additional nutrition resources available locally and online. Our mission is to foster resilience and well-being through tailored nutrition education in this challenging journey.
