Our experienced team of healthcare professionals offers a wide range of services including transgender health and wellness, comprehensive testing and treatment for Hepatitis C, as well as HIV testing and prevention. We pride ourselves on creating a supportive environment where you can receive the care you need, whether it’s primary health services or specialized behavioral health support. Participants also have access to case management services to assist with health insurance and financial aid, ensuring that your health needs are met without barriers. While there is currently a waitlist for transgender health and wellness services, our HIV and Hepatitis C testing and treatment programs are readily available, and we accept Medicare and Medicaid.
