MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Jemez Pueblo, NM, is dedicated to enhancing the health and vitality of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities annually for obesity and connect them with personalized treatment options. We offer a variety of support mechanisms including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and innovative TeleMOVE! services that allow for in-home messaging and clinician interaction. For those who prefer self-management, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we provide weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who need further assistance after participating in our program.
