The Meal Support Program in La Mesa, NM, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals over the age of 16 who are at the outpatient level of care and navigating eating disorder recovery. Our live, facilitated virtual group meals create a compassionate and safe environment for participants to nourish themselves while receiving the support they need. Offered four times a day, our sessions accommodate various schedules, allowing individuals to attend as many times as they feel comfortable. Each meal support session is led by skilled nutrition practitioners who are advancing their training through the Clinician’s Incubator program, ensuring a supportive and informed experience.
