MOVE! Weight Management Program in La Mesa, NM, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity each year and provide tailored referrals to comprehensive weight management services that meet individual needs and preferences. We offer a range of options including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Veterans can also take advantage of the MOVE! Coach mobile app for personal weight management, or access weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who need additional help after exploring other options.
