Our Family Support team is committed to offering accurate information and comprehensive resources right from the moment of diagnosis. We provide a range of services, including parent mentoring, nutritional education, meal planning, and behavior management support. Additionally, we assist families in navigating the complexities of applying for Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
