MOVE! Weight Management Program in Las Vegas, NM, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that all Veterans who receive care at VA facilities are screened annually for obesity and provided with tailored referrals to effective weight management options that cater to their individual needs. We offer a variety of services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, in-home support through TeleMOVE!, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management. For Veterans facing ongoing challenges, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery as needed.
