At Home Delivered Meals in Los Alamos, NM, we are dedicated to ensuring that seniors aged 60 and older who are homebound receive essential nutrition support through our meal delivery services. Our delicious and nutritious meals are thoughtfully prepared to provide one-third of the recommended dietary allowances for seniors, ensuring their health and well-being. Each delivery includes a variety of hot meals featuring protein, vegetables, fruits, dairy, and dessert, complemented by daily contact from our caring drivers. We also provide at-home visits from a Case Manager for assessments and ongoing support. On Fridays, we deliver an extra frozen meal for the weekend. While there is no fee for our services, we welcome voluntary and confidential contributions from participants based on their ability, reinforcing our commitment to accessibility and support for all seniors in need.
