Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Los Alamos, NM

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Los Alamos, NM, offers compassionate, accessible, and informed meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Recognizing the challenges of maintaining nutrition during recovery, our program provides live, virtual group meal sessions four times daily, featuring two lunch and two dinner slots, creating a safe and welcoming environment for participants to eat alongside others who understand their journey. Facilitated by dedicated nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, our sessions allow individuals to consume meals with the vital support they need. Once approved, participants can join as many sessions as their schedules permit. While our program focuses on meal support rather than crisis intervention, those in need of immediate assistance can reach out to designated crisis resources.
