The Meal Support Program in Los Lunas, NM is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support tailored specifically for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient stages of eating disorder recovery. Through live, facilitated virtual group meals, participants are offered a nurturing environment where they can enjoy meals while receiving extra support from trained nutrition practitioners actively pursuing their CNS certification. With meal sessions available four times a day, including two lunchtime and two dinnertime options, individuals can seamlessly integrate this important support into their schedules.
