Our Family Support team offers essential resources and assistance at the time of diagnosis, helping families navigate their journey with accurate information. We provide a range of services including parent mentoring, nutritional education, meal planning, and behavior management support. Additionally, our team guides families through the often complex application process for Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
