The Meal Support Program in Mescalero, NM, is dedicated to providing compassionate and informed meal support for individuals over the age of 16 who are navigating outpatient recovery from eating disorders. Our program offers free, accessible virtual group meal sessions designed to create a safe, supportive environment for participants to nourish themselves alongside others who understand their journey. With four meal support times each day, including two lunches and two dinners, we empower individuals to attend as many sessions as their schedule allows, all facilitated by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program. While our focus is on meal support and fostering connection, please remember that we do not provide crisis care.
