In Mesilla Park, NM, Five Loaves & Two Fish Healthy Teaching Kitchen is dedicated to empowering individuals through affordable health and wellness cooking classes. Our mission is to create a supportive, engaging atmosphere where participants can cook together, share ideas, and gain valuable knowledge on nutrition and healthy living. We offer a variety of educational opportunities including health and nutrition education, guided cooking classes for both individuals and groups, and resources for chronic disease management and prevention. While our in-person classes take place in the Central Florida area, we also provide virtual options for participants across the nation, making it easier for everyone to access essential culinary skills and health education.
