Located in Mesilla Park, NM, the Meal Support Program provides vital, free meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are at the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program features live, virtual drop-in group meals, designed to create a nurturing and supportive environment where participants can enjoy nutritious meals alongside others who share similar experiences. We offer meal support sessions four times a day, with two lunchtime and two dinnertime options, allowing individuals to attend as many sessions as fit within their schedules after obtaining approval. Each session is facilitated by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are on the path to attaining their Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) certification. Please note that while we are dedicated to providing meal support, we do not offer crisis intervention services.
