Located in Mesquite, NM, UNM Truman Health Services is dedicated to providing compassionate and confidential care to individuals who are transgender, gender non-conforming, or living with HIV, AIDS, or Hepatitis C. Our experienced team of healthcare professionals offers a range of vital services, including transgender health and wellness, hepatitis C testing and treatment, and comprehensive HIV testing and prevention strategies. We understand the importance of accessibility, which is why we accept Medicare and Medicaid, and offer rapid HIV testing at no cost during designated hours. Support is also available through our case management program, helping clients navigate health insurance and financial assistance options. While there’s currently a waitlist for transgender health and wellness services, all other offerings are readily accessible, ensuring our community receives the urgent and supportive care they need.
