The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Pecos, NM, is dedicated to nurturing future leaders in sustainable agriculture by sponsoring and empowering individuals to advocate for a food system that is just and equitable. Through this transformative program, Fellows receive comprehensive education in organic food systems, engaging in hands-on experiences at our farm campus. Participants learn to grow and distribute diverse crops while implementing community-driven projects like educational health programs, school gardens, and farmers markets. Our ten-month fellowship includes a six-month immersive residency followed by a Community Action Year, where fellows apply their knowledge in partnership with local non-profits, fostering food literacy and increasing access to healthy foods.
