Located in Peralta, NM, the Meal Support Program by Project HEAL offers essential and compassionate meal support services for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program provides a safe, welcoming space for participants to join live, facilitated, virtual group meals, ensuring that they receive nutritional support and community connection during their recovery journey. With four meal support sessions each day, including two lunch and two dinner times, individuals can choose the times that best fit their schedules, allowing for flexibility and ease of access. Our sessions are led by dedicated nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator, who are on the path to obtaining their CNS certification, bringing expertise and care to each meal. While we create a nurturing environment for healing through nourishment, please note that we do not provide urgent care or crisis support.
