Located in Peralta, NM, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to proactively screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and to connect them with personalized treatment options that meet their unique needs. We offer a range of services, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Veterans can also access the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management, along with options for weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who require additional assistance.
