Our experienced team, including doctors, nurses, and behavioral health specialists, offers a range of vital services such as transgender health and wellness programs, Hepatitis C testing and treatment, and comprehensive HIV testing and prevention efforts. We understand the importance of personalized support, which is why our case management services assist clients with health insurance navigation and financial assistance. We accept Medicare and Medicaid, and provide free rapid HIV testing during designated hours. While our transgender health services currently have a waitlist, all other services remain accessible to ensure that everyone receives the care they need promptly and respectfully.
