Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Portales, NM

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Portales, NM, is dedicated to providing compassionate and informed meal support for individuals over the age of 16 who are navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery. Through live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals, we create a nurturing environment where participants can come together to consume balanced nutrition while receiving the encouragement and understanding they need. Our meal support sessions are offered four times daily, with convenient options for both lunch and dinner, allowing individuals the flexibility to attend as fits their personal schedules. Each session is led by knowledgeable nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, working towards their CNS certification, ensuring high-quality, supportive care. While we focus on meal support, it’s important to note that we are not an emergency care program; for urgent crises, please reach out to appropriate services. We are here to foster healing and community on your journey to recovery.
