Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Ramah, NM

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Ramah, NM, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support to individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient phase of eating disorder recovery. We offer a nurturing environment through our live, virtual drop-in group meals, which are designed to foster a safe space for participants to gather and consume nutritious meals together. With sessions available four times a day, including two lunch and two dinner options, individuals can engage in as many meal support times as fit their schedules. Each session is facilitated by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are on their path to obtaining their CNS certification. While our program is focused on supportive meal guidance, please remember that we do not provide crisis intervention services. For immediate help, we recommend reaching out to trained professionals in your area.
