The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship, located in Ranchos De Taos, NM, is dedicated to nurturing passionate leaders who advocate for a just food system that prioritizes social, environmental, and economic equity. Through our comprehensive, tuition-free program, we empower selected Fellows to delve into organic food system education and actively engage with community partners to grow diversified crops, implement innovative health initiatives, and maintain community gardens. Our Fellows also play an essential role in teaching food and ecological literacy in schools, supporting farmers markets, and developing pathways to increase access to healthy foods. Following a six-month immersive experience at our farm campus, our Fellows enter a Community Action Year, applying their skills alongside local nonprofits to drive meaningful change. Applications are accepted through March each year, with the fellowship experience running from May to October, fostering a vibrant community dedicated to food justice and sustainable agriculture.
